At Mariposa Photography, our goal is to capture your unique personality and preserve your memories. This is why we do a few things a differently from other photography businesses. For example:

1) Our clients always receive a copy of all their negatives. This is included in the cost of every shoot.

​

2) We love camera shy people - including the ones who are not naturally "smiley". We specialize in helping our subjects to relax in front of the camera and have a good time. This helps our clients to look and feel their best.

3) Tough shoot with kids or pets? No need to rush. We don't charge by the hour. This allows our clients to relax and focus on working with us to achieve their vision.

4) We capture your entire wedding day. From getting ready to driving away after the reception, we go where you go. Sometimes, we even stay to capture photos of the clean-up fun!

5) Big event? We do our best to capture photos of absolutely everyone in attendance. That means every wedding guest, every couple dressed in ballroom finery, and every family member who made an effort to get to the reunion.

6) We believe in capturing the true character and beauty of the ones you love. This means taking the time to develop a relationship of respect and trust with our subjects. Having your picture taken is most enjoyable when the person behind the camera is a friend.
